As for the decapitation of children, you never know, perhaps when the Creation Kit comes out someone will make a mod that has child decapitations.

You'll notice, for instance, in Morrowind NPC's noted when a character wasn't wearing any clothes, and there were lots of little references to nudity: naked barbarians in Solstheim. Oblivion didn't have any NPC's noticing you, but had instances of story-related nudity. Anyhow, basically, they encourage modders, and in Skyrim NPC's recognize when your nude again...

@l2m93 It's not part of the mod, I had max perks on One-Handed, also weapons that cause enough damage and surpass the Health of the NPC, can often lead into killing blows.

I think it depends on your skill with one-handed e.t.c.

Earlier I tried killing the Jarl's son(The most annoying kid) on a new character save and it took me a few swings to kill him.
