I actually saw a few f15's today at mach loop, albeit I was driving my sister to Tywyn. Made a great noise though. Must of been approx 200ft. I will make it up the mountain one day and get some nice shots. Great vid WalesMagic

i think the combination of music and the noise of the jests works well, just music seems pointless, and no music seems a bit boring after a while for me. loved the shot of the tornado at the start, and the b&w footage of the f-15 banking with the wing tip trails! well done, jelous!!

ye i descoverd they were at lakenheath but there not based there its visiting and actully the tucano is based there as a training aircraft teatching pilots to fly

If anyone was at CadWest on Thursday 10th & Friday 11th September, I was the chap taking in the views and catching some rays without a camera! The F-15's toying with the loop on Thursday evening was a sight I will treasure forever. See you guys again next week.

I live very close to Raf Valley and i'm kinda used to seeing all these jets on a daily basis. I'm used to the noise they make, even when they do night flights. I remember and will never forget the day 2 U.S F1-11s broke the sound barrier @ low level over my town, they caused a mini earthquake and the sboom smashed some large windows, after my house stopped shaking, i went to change my underpants :)

I have only ever heard a sonic boom once..Back in the early 80's a F4 broke the sound barrier while in a dive above my village in Northumberland, it made my sandcastle collapse :(( hahaha but my bowles stayed in tact :)
