I understand a lot of people are caught up with the hype about Florence and The Machine, but to say this cover is better than the original is beyond a joke. She shrieks all over it and manages to reduce a breathtakingly moving track into yet another "ten a penny" female pop ballad.

Originally it was a gospel song and then Candi Staton released into mainstream music. Then it was remixed by a host of people, into weird club versions and what not.

This is the version, (in my opinion) which sounds the most truthful, and beautiful.
