  • Big Fat LIE... We all have the right to travel anonymously without ANY Govt issued ID, registration, Ins, etc. Those Items ONLY apply to COMMERCE, conducting business on the road for profit. Traffic laws are ONLY for Commercial vehicles... NOT sovereign free men and women traveling upon the roads. Licensing a right, IS a CRIME, and you have NO DUTY to OBEY criminal acts and they are VOID oin their FACE!

  • u wasn't driving u were traveling.

  • Firstly nice try but it is not a criminal offence to drive without a license it is in fact a civil offence. Secondly you have no lawful obligation to have a driver's license if you are not using a vehicle commercially. You have the lawful right to travel unhindered in any private conveyance of your choosing! FACT

  • @maverick10241 Yeah...they are doing this because they don't want people that have figured out the system to go to court. If you have no license...then it can't be suspended.

  • Apparently this man has no idea that only people who make a living on the road requires a license. Most people do not need one. Understand the law....educate the local police. They are no longer taught the constitutional basis of "right to travel".

  • well that didn't help

  • Kitsap county WA RCW laws state "Except as expressly exempted by this chapter, it is a misdemeanor for a person to drive any motor vehicle upon a (highway) in this state without a valid driver's license issued to Washington residents"

Drivers license is also defined nice and easy as a "Commercial Drivers License" Commercial Is defined also as gain in trade or labor.

Unless I am delivering a pizza I dont have to have one. Right to contract is why licensed drivers can go to jail. Please respond

  • @lawharrison I don't get it. What are you asking by stating a statute that says your liable to have a license but then admit it's only for commercial use? Anyways, the key phrase, I'm guessing you know is, "it is a misdemeanor for a PERSON" i.e. --a legal fiction isn't allowed but if you don't enjoin to it then no problem then eh?

  • @coyotegene86

justaman6972 said it perfectly. Driving is a right NOT a privilege. I do not have to contract myself to participate in travelling where I please as long as im not in-dangering someone else which im not.

  • I could not agree with you any more, you are on the money! You already know all attorneys' first obligations is to the court, they are professional liars by trade.

  • @pipesbitch right he told us somthin we already knew

  • No help at all.

  • if you are sovereign you don't need a license. Decline all contracts with the courts do not enter into joinder and they have no case. No contract/joinder no case...Period!

  • @justaman6972 are sovereigns immune from laws about homicide and theft?

  • @m221201r no we are bound by the common law. There are only 3 ways to break the common law. 1. To physically harm another intentionally or not. 2. To cause loss to another's property financially ,or otherwise.

    3. To be fraudulent in your contracting with others. That's it! This is the law that judges speakof when they say "Ignorance of the law is no excuse." Its because its the common law. Statutes are not law, they are legislative enactments given the FORCE of law BY THE CONSENT of the governed

  • @justaman6972 ooooh, so when sovereigns violate the law, they are then subject to them?

  • @m221201r I'm not here to give lessons in law school. Go find out for yourself. Don't be a smart alleck. We were trying to educate, but we aren't here for your trolling pleasure.

  • @justaman6972 im not trolling, im asking if youre stating that you are immune from laws because you dont consent. that is foolish to think that nobody can govern you if you do something wrong that a majority of society agrees with. so if you physically harm someone you can only be held liable in civil court then? see'n as how thar aint no laws 'bout assault, murder, or theft that applys to you? what a wonderful world to live in

  • @m221201r did you not read the comment I made about the common law? It covers murder, battery etc. The misconception is that people call state statutes laws, they are not laws. If you harm another you can be held in criminal and civil suit. However codes, ordinances and statutes do not apply to one who lives and works and declares themselves to be sovereign common law American nationals, not US citizens as the 14th amt defines it.Disagree all you like but back it up with evidence,or case citations

  • @justaman6972 no because im an ignorant american citizen. As a sovereign you are stating you are not an american citizen? then how can people who are citizens of other countries be held accountable? if you dont want to be subjected to the same guidelines as people who are citizens go start you own country. well give you rhode island...

  • @m221201r go define citizen and then define sovereign in a legal dictionary like Black's law. There is no such thing as an American citizen first of all. So know that every word in law has a different meaning than what is spoken in business English. A citizen is a subject/slave,a sovereign is a King or Queen. As sovereign relates to the Constitution it allows for the ownership of private property and to be a King ,or Queen without subjects to rule over, rather you impose self rule, self governance

  • @justaman6972 self governance. so when sovereigns kill steal or assault who has authority over them? themselves?

  • @m221201r a common law court of record with a sovereign grand jury will present an indictment/charges against another for breaking the common law. So the accused would be answerable to the injured party for common law crimes ,or tortfeasor. I told you that I am not going to give law school lessons. Got to freedom-school dott orgg for some study and to have some questions answered.Peace...

  • @m221201r Their are 3 laws, you cant hurt anyone, you cant destroy someones property, and you cant lie to get someones money.other than that, they are statutes.Made to make revene.

  • @justaman6972 if you dont like people disagreeing with you then dont be so opinoinated in a public forum.

  • @m221201r its not an opinion it is the LAW. As such a majority rule is not law but a form of govt.called democracy,a terrible form of government. Ben Franklin said of democracy the following: "A democracy is 2 wolves and a sheep voting on dinner. A Constitutional Republic has the same dinner guests, but the sheep has a gun!" A Republican form of govt. does not allow 99% of the population to run roughshod over the rights of 1 %. The way it should be!

  • @justaman6972 If people would watch crap like this and ask themselves, "What is the definition of a crime?" they might realize why these kinds of lawyers are called, "A friend of the court". To qualify as a "crime" the action must involve violating someone's rights. There must be suffering, injury, and or loss. Those elements must be established in order for there to be "a legal cause of action". The judge cannot be representing an interested party. The officer can't be the complainant. (scam?)

  • @amzuel420 indeed ,you are correct.

  • my license expired and I never got it renewed. How can they suspend something I do have? Look in every motor vehicle code book and you will see that the exception for having a license is a recreational vehicle. I am not an employed driver, and the code only says that employed drivers must be licensed. Traveling is a right, driving is a STATE granted right. I am not under contract with the STATE or any business.

  • @Castleman711 they did my wife the same way she stoped driving when her car broke down started catching the bus to work 4 to 5 yrs. and when she got a new car she went to dmv to renew it they said it was suspended she didnt have to go to court but she had to take the test all over again

  • @Castleman711 they said you must renew your license no matter what ...and when my aunt stop driving she was in her 70s and disabled her son had to go to dmv and surrender her license for good..sounds crazy but true

  • Child boo, I was driving all across Charlotte without a licence and I was flying down the highway.

  • Nice!
