Understand that your crater is a penetration cavity and not a true hypervelocity impact structure. The ejection of material is produced by the propogation of a coupling of parabolic and orthagonal transverse elastic waves through your target.
Get a tripod and replay it a bit slower. Would increase the quality of this little video a lot.
