The problem with conspiracy theories? You can never disprove them. Unlike Galloway who can be read like a book.
He's a shill for 2 of the most anti-Semitic organisations in the world: Hamas & Hezbollah, both of whom believe that Islam commands Muslims to kill all Jews.
Ask the Jews in Lebanon? There aren't any Jews in Lebanon: they were driven out in 1949, & Hezbollah, a state within a state in Sth Lebanon, treat the Druze & Christians like shit
It's actually a ripped off quote from Winston Churchill; who most certainly believed in diplomacy, but not to the point of appeasement.
Galloway likes to liken himself to Churchill in the political wilderness when he was warning Britain of the true nature & threat from Nazi Germany..
..except, unlike Churchill, Galloway does not truly believe in democracy & individual freedom: his record of support for revolting dictatorships across the world & down through the decades makes that a proven fact
Try Ahminejhad Assad & Castro for starters. All harass & imprison anyone critical of their regime & suppress free speech & dissent.
You can add his support for the Soviet Union, his sycophantic worshipping of the arch-terrorist Arafat, & his high praise for both Saddam & Uday Hussein.
He is nothing but a short-arsed conman. Despite banking offshore, owning a palatial villa in Portugal & mansion in London he still works out as the UK's most expensive MP. Only morons are still fooled by Georgie.
he's right. it is better to jaw a jaw then war a war (never heard that before). being from the states i have no idea who george galloway is, he seems to have a radical stance on world views
He's a dirty traitor who supports the terrorism in the Middle East, praising the killers of British & US troops. He is a shill for Hamas & Hezbollah terrorism, a supporter of Saddam Hussein, who enriched himself from the theft of UN Oil for Food money.
He employs moderate language when dealing with the Western media, but when in Arab nations he stirs up trouble & praises terror.
hes against the war, because it wasnt for the war then our troops wouldnt have died. and he supports hezbollah not hamas. and hezbollah are democratic, which is one step forward.
Bullshit. Galloway fools people pretending he is "anti-Zionist not anti-Jewish". Considering what Hamas & Hezbollah stand for, thats like saying "I'm not anti-Jewish, I just support the Nazi party".
He's a traitor. If you praise the people killing your nation's soldiers that's what you become. But Galloway must keep all those rich Arabs stuffing cash into his offshore accounts, or how else could he pay for his palatial villa in Portugal?
Bet you never even knew he owns huge properties abroad.
He also said the soldiers shouldn't be there at all. People have every right to defend themselves from an illegal occupation...Slightly ambivalent, of course...
He has stated many times he does NOT support Hamas, but does support democracy, and Hamas were elected, whether we like it or not...
Except Iraq ISN'T about "defending against illegal occupation" as Galloway would like you to believe.
Firstly its Sunni on Shia violence, because the Sunni minority fear they will be fucked over in a Shia run Iraq, & second its Iranian backed anti-US terrorism motivated by the guise of religion & tribal allegiances.
Speak with Iraqis, & you will find very many of them want the US to stay longer, as they know Iraq is not strong enough alone.
Galloway has stated his support for Hamas repeatedly
I am really disgusted by your comments go and read before you come here to comment. There wan no shia versus sunni conflict at all before their country invaded by the US and the UK.
Dont talk about what you dont know! The sunnis are not minority in Iraq. Don't put your finger on Iran for the crisis you yourself cuased.
I dont care if you are "disgusted by my comments". Thanks to the freedom which Galloway opposes that I can point out his fraudulent lies & manipulations.
No Sunni-Shia conflict in Iraq under Saddam? So why were over a million Iraqis murdered by Saddam? Repressing Shia nationalism was his main purpose. Sunnis = 30% of Iraq -a minority.
I put my finger on Iran because they want to destroy the roots of liberty in Iraq; & many Iraqis want US & UK help, not Galloway in Damascus praising terrorists
Freedom is not for lies and spreading haterd. Galloway always speaks the truth. He might be hated by some but admired and loved by many for speaking the truth and standing with the oppressed for justice. Speaking of Iraq, Shias and sunnis were husband and wife, parent and children, neghbours and friends; no such hatered and conflict before the invasion. The whold world know this. The shia and sunni conflict is the most important but one of the hidden ajendas of the invasion.
you hated Galloway for speaking out your hidden ajenda. It is true, you are responsible for thousands of people who dead in this conflict, for widowed women and the orphend children, You created such a mess in someone's country while seating in your warm house. The country is destroyed and devasted, God knows how many years it takes to repair the country and the broken hearts. The people are powerless But history will judge for them. the powerful may become powerless and viceversa one day.
and it's goal is not only to control Iraq andsteal the oil but also to keep Iraq in an endless violence, so that they can stay longer, steal more oil, also keep their alie, Isreal safer. Sadam was destroyed not because the Wests care about Iraqi people but becuase they care about Isreal, colonizing, illegal and terroist state. The tyrant Sadam has been much better for the Iraqi people than Bush and Blair, Iraq has been much better with sadam than it is now and where it reaches ..
Anyone who says Iraq was better off under Saddam is either laughably naive, or a liar. Which one are you?
Saddam had the worst human rights record in the Middle East, & you have to be one sick individual to be the worst psycho in Arabia. He buried over a million Iraqis during his rule & jailed ten times that.
Youre another Muslim with a ridiculous conspiracy minded outlook on the world. Islam is a retrograde force, that drags humanity backwards, & stifles progress by spreading hate & fear.
you an idoit hater, that is what you say to cover the mess you have created. But everybody knows the truth, Iraq has now turned so many years back. too much wealth is destroyed, so many souls are lost. many hearts are broken. In reality, Iraq was much better off with Sadam. Thanks to the end of the Bush Era. USA might stop knowing what is best for every other country.
hey, i am free from all you accused me off. okay, except that i am a proud muslimah. Islam is the best of way of life.
Lol..Iraq was better off under Saddam. Only a retard would say such a stupid thing.
SADDAM HAD THE WORST HUMAN RIGHTS RECORD IN THE MIDDLE EAST. HE MURDERED OVER ONE MILLION IRAQIS. So how were they better off under that murdering tyrant?
Muslims see paranoid conspiracies everywhere. Please explain how the US "steals the oil" when they are leaving Iraq every day?
9 out of every 10 dead Muslims is killed by other Muslims. Islam is a backward cult of fear & oppression, with no place in the West
Thats his excuse, but you know as well as I do that is spin. Galloway said what he said to Saddam without ever thinking it would come back & bite him in the arse.
Far worse was his honouring of Uday Hussein, a known psychopath, rapist & murderer of several thousand people.
Galloway is as bent & corrupt as any politician. His praising of the killers of British troops is by any standards treasonable. No matter what you believe, to praise the killers of your own country's soldiers is despicable.
He has condemned Saddam since 1979. He was a founder member of the campaign aginst repression in Iraq.
Isn't it OUR leaders who are killing and maiming our soldiers, by sending them to fight needless wars based on a pack of lies? Galloway's not perfect, but isn't he much straighter than the bent British and American politicians who not only started the wars, but also gave the Husseins and the Taliban the money and power to become despots and rapists and murderers, in the first place?!
Ann Clywdd MP, founder of the all-party Parliamentary opposition to Saddam Hussein says on record Galloway was NEVER involved.
Even if our leaders took us to a war on a lie, publicly PRAISING the enemy for killing our soldiers is still treason.
Galloway straight? Are you stupid or just naive? He banks offshore, owns a palatial villa in Portugal & large house in London. He's a bought & sold puppet for foreign interests.
Visit a dictatorship. You'll value the West's freedom more on getting home
Why would anyone hate someone who exposes the lies of their own government?
He was saluting the collective your, and hoping to meet Saddam to try to stop sanctions and carnage...
You may not agree with his methods, but at least concede that the real traitors are the the leaders who supported Saddam in the wars he launched, and then sent their own soldiers to fight bogus wars..
they didn't support saddam when he invaded kuwait and killed thousands of civilians with chemical weapons. they moved in to stop him. but galloway was against stoping saddam. he was against the first gulf war.
if galloway was listened to, saddam would still be in power, with kuwait annexed (after killing god knows how many people) and would still have chemical weapons.
after saddam would die of old age his crazy son uday, whom galloway also saluted, would be in power
@BorgHub Well they weren't removed from power. Nor was that the aim of the invasion of Afghanistan. They withdrew to the Afghan-Pakistan border, and the only aim of the invasion in Oct. 2001 was capture Bin Laden and co.
@Redcarpet01 that wasn't the only reason. Bush declared that he will not only go after the terrorists but also after the regimes that help them. therefore the Taliban was also a target
@CIarKent We're not talking about the 2002 State of Union speech, we're talking about October 2001. The official position was hand over OBL and others, that's it.
@CIarKent False. They refused without evidence implicating him in 9/11. So? That doesn't mean there was ever an aim to remove the Taliban from power, it never was. That is a fact.
@CIarKent I said they refused without evidence, Bush asked for UBL but refused to provide the evidence US intelligence has. Which is fair, considering how one-sided extradition treaties the US insists on permit unilateral arrests by the US usually, but not obliged to hand over people even when presented with a warrant and or evidence. Bush refused to show it to them, they refuse, then Bush loses his temper like a spoilt brat and orders the invasion. Not justifiable in my view special ops grab is
@Redcarpet01 giving intelligence to the enemy is beyond stupid. but there are also plenty of public evidence that the Taliban were aware of, such as the identities of the hijackers.
Bin Laden himself admitted being behind it so that alone is enough. Al Qaeda is also guilty for countless other terrorist acts around the world not just against the US.
The Taliban was guilty for defending Al Qaeda. also the Taliban itself was an opressive regime with identical ideology as Al Qaeda
@CIarKent You're detracting from the point, which was that because Galloway opposed the invasion he was wrong, or in a minority. Show me a poll where most polled supported an invasion.
@CIarKent First of all he was only elected once, in 2004, second you know whether they supported or opposed his decisions by looking at polls. Most Americans support Kyoto, universal healthcare, invading countries only after diplomatic options exhausted, increased taxes on the rich and major military spending cutbacks. Bush didn't have any public support on any major policy decision you can think of in his term of office.
@CIarKent He was 'elected' only once, by a bare margin, in 2004, wasn't elected at all in 2000, and you can compare his policies to polls to see if they supported his decisions. They didn't support the invasion of Afghanistan after 9/11 and still don't now. So your premise is false.
@Redcarpet01 the fact is that he *was* elected in 2004 which means most of the public did support his policy otherwise they wouldn't vote for him. he was the one who started both wars in 2001 and 2003 and at least half of the people still voted for him.
you may disagree with his policies but you can't make up stuff which is contradicted by the facts. you can't say most people didn't support him when obviously they did.
and it's irrelevent anyway because the majority isn't always right
@CIarKent Again, you avoided the original claim, or insinuation; that because Galloway opposed the invasion of Afghanistan he is discredited somehow. Right, like just a special ops grab of Bin Laden isn't good enough? Sheesh, that's all that would have been necessary. We know Bil Clinton had 10 chances but backed off each time.
@Redcarpet01 no I have nothing against people who oppose war.
my problem with Galloway is that he's a hypocrite. he supported the Soviet invasion of Afganistan. he supported China's invasion of Tibet. recently he supported Russia's war in Georgia. he supports many wars. he only opposes wars waged by the West.
Galloway is anti-western and anti-american, and he supports anyone who is anti-western, whether it's Saddam Hussein, Ahmadinejad, Chavez or Kim Jon il
@CIarKent Where did he say he supported the Chinese invasion of Tibet? And Russia defended the two breakaway provinces of Georgia; the provinces repeatedly voted for independence. And he didn't support Saddam; he was arrested in the UK for demonstrating against him for heaven's sake, outside the Iraqi embassy in the 1980s. Nor has he expressed support for Iran or North Korea's regimes.
@Redcarpet01 and Galloway never demonstrated against Saddam. he now says he did but there is no record of that what so ever.
Galloway was never arrested outside the Iraqi embassy.
the only time he was ever arrested in the UK was when he protested outside a nuclear reactor trying to block the entrance with a bunch of other anarchists.
funny that he opposed the UK's nuclear energy but he supports Iran's nuclear program.
@CIarKent He supports it still being part of the PRC, yes. But then so does the Dali Lama. And Russia didn't send its forces to breakaway provinces of Georgia for WMD or 'terrorism' reasons; it went for ethnic reasons, and possibly geo-political ones. And being friends with Tariq Aziz does not make you a 'supporter' of Baathism in Iraq.
@Redcarpet01 no the Dali Lama wants freedom to Tibet. Galloway says that Tibet never existed and always belonged to China. he said the exact same thing about Kuwait belonging to Iraq.
the first gulf war started when Saddam attacked Kuwait. the UN supported that war. but Galloway didn't.
the UN did not support Russia's war in georgia, but Galloway did.
Georgia didn't do anything remotely close to what Iraq did.
so why did Georgia deserve to be invaded, but not Iraq?
@CIarKent No, the D. Lama wants AUTONOMY. He doesn't support independence anymore. Like I said, the Russians didn't invade Georgia, they sent their forces to the breakaway provinces when the Georgian President decided to ignore the referendum results and order armed invasion, even though the Russians previously warned they would move to stop that. He even had to be pressured to accept the EU-brokered ceasefire, which is pathetic. And you're detracting again; your original claim was a false one
@Redcarpet01 what Russia did is similar to what the US did in the first gulf war.
I simply don't understand how the same person can support Russia's war but condemn the US.
what Saddam did was far, far worse than anything Georgia did.
Saddam deliberately targeted civilians, used his own civilians as human shields for his palaces, deliberately spilled oil into the gulf causing ecological disaster, deliberately ignited oil wells, and he and his sons personally murdered, raped, tortured people
He's hated not because he met Saddam Hussein, that is just the icing on the cake. The loathing comes from his speeches in Damascus where he praised the terrorists killing British & US troops in Iraq. Whether you support the war in Iraq or not, to praise the killers of your own country's troops makes you a traitor
He is also a shill for Hamas & Hezbollah's terrorism, & a supporter of dictators across the Middle East. Look deeper & you find a true scumbag
Your first paragraph is partly correct, but the second is not.
Galloway is for the rights of anyone to defend themselves against foreign invaders, just as your country would defend itself against invaders. But I agree it's incongruous to do this, but then talk about "our poor soldiers".
The ELECTED governments of Hamas and Hezbullah are not regarded as terrorists, only their militant branches. Israel are the terrorists.
Galloway has been, and still is, against dictators since the 1970's.
I take Galloway as I find him; & for me that makes him an outright liar & conman.
Eg, he praises Hezbollah & Hamas, [& there is no distinction between any wing of either organisation], knowing full well that Nasrallah reguarly calls for the killing of Jews anywhere in the world, just as he knows that Hamas uses the most base anti-Semitic propaganda. Yet Galloway claims not to be anti-semitic.
For a man supposedly against dictators hes awfully close to a lot of them: Asad, Ahminejhad, Castro...
Galloway is a traitor and a liar, he thinks by licking Muslim areshole that he will be accepted by them, however as far as Muslims are concerned he is as legitimate a target as any other man woman or child on earth. They even kill maim rape torture and persecute other Muslims, why the fuck this bozo thinks they will accept him is beyond comprehension. Silver spoon millionaire cunt.

It's better to Jaw Jaw than War war. hahahaha.

Palfium66 2 years ago
Which "dictators" does he support?
Intervene 2 years ago 2
Try Ahminejhad Assad & Castro for starters. All harass & imprison anyone critical of their regime & suppress free speech & dissent.
You can add his support for the Soviet Union, his sycophantic worshipping of the arch-terrorist Arafat, & his high praise for both Saddam & Uday Hussein.
He is nothing but a short-arsed conman. Despite banking offshore, owning a palatial villa in Portugal & mansion in London he still works out as the UK's most expensive MP. Only morons are still fooled by Georgie.

Ilikenuman 2 years ago 3
Palfium66 2 years ago 3
He also said the soldiers shouldn't be there at all. People have every right to defend themselves from an illegal occupation...Slightly ambivalent, of course...
He has stated many times he does NOT support Hamas, but does support democracy, and Hamas were elected, whether we like it or not...
TetrahedralPete 2 years ago
Except Iraq ISN'T about "defending against illegal occupation" as Galloway would like you to believe.
Firstly its Sunni on Shia violence, because the Sunni minority fear they will be fucked over in a Shia run Iraq, & second its Iranian backed anti-US terrorism motivated by the guise of religion & tribal allegiances.
Speak with Iraqis, & you will find very many of them want the US to stay longer, as they know Iraq is not strong enough alone.
Galloway has stated his support for Hamas repeatedly
Palfium66 2 years ago
I am really disgusted by your comments go and read before you come here to comment. There wan no shia versus sunni conflict at all before their country invaded by the US and the UK.
Dont talk about what you dont know! The sunnis are not minority in Iraq. Don't put your finger on Iran for the crisis you yourself cuased.
darulhijra 2 years ago
I dont care if you are "disgusted by my comments". Thanks to the freedom which Galloway opposes that I can point out his fraudulent lies & manipulations.
No Sunni-Shia conflict in Iraq under Saddam? So why were over a million Iraqis murdered by Saddam? Repressing Shia nationalism was his main purpose. Sunnis = 30% of Iraq -a minority.
I put my finger on Iran because they want to destroy the roots of liberty in Iraq; & many Iraqis want US & UK help, not Galloway in Damascus praising terrorists
Palfium66 2 years ago
Freedom is not for lies and spreading haterd. Galloway always speaks the truth. He might be hated by some but admired and loved by many for speaking the truth and standing with the oppressed for justice. Speaking of Iraq, Shias and sunnis were husband and wife, parent and children, neghbours and friends; no such hatered and conflict before the invasion. The whold world know this. The shia and sunni conflict is the most important but one of the hidden ajendas of the invasion.
darulhijra 2 years ago
you hated Galloway for speaking out your hidden ajenda.

The tyrant Sadam has been much better for the Iraqi people than Bush and Blair, Iraq has been much better with sadam than it is now and where it reaches ..
darulhijra 2 years ago
Anyone who says Iraq was better off under Saddam is either laughably naive, or a liar. Which one are you?
Saddam had the worst human rights record in the Middle East, & you have to be one sick individual to be the worst psycho in Arabia. He buried over a million Iraqis during his rule & jailed ten times that.
Youre another Muslim with a ridiculous conspiracy minded outlook on the world. Islam is a retrograde force, that drags humanity backwards, & stifles progress by spreading hate & fear.
Palfium66 2 years ago
you an idoit hater, that is what you say to cover the mess you have created.
Islam is the best of way of life.
darulhijra 2 years ago
Palfium66 2 years ago
The "you" was not him personally, but the Iraqi people, after years of sanctions and wars
TetrahedralPete 3 years ago
Thats his excuse, but you know as well as I do that is spin. Galloway said what he said to Saddam without ever thinking it would come back & bite him in the arse.
Far worse was his honouring of Uday Hussein, a known psychopath, rapist & murderer of several thousand people.
Galloway is as bent & corrupt as any politician. His praising of the killers of British troops is by any standards treasonable. No matter what you believe, to praise the killers of your own country's soldiers is despicable.
Palfium66 3 years ago 4
He has condemned Saddam since 1979. He was a founder member of the campaign aginst repression in Iraq.
Isn't it OUR leaders who are killing and maiming our soldiers, by sending them to fight needless wars based on a pack of lies? Galloway's not perfect, but isn't he much straighter than the bent British and American politicians who not only started the wars, but also gave the Husseins and the Taliban the money and power to become despots and rapists and murderers, in the first place?!
TetrahedralPete 3 years ago 2
Ann Clywdd MP, founder of the all-party Parliamentary opposition to Saddam Hussein says on record Galloway was NEVER involved.
Even if our leaders took us to a war on a lie, publicly PRAISING the enemy for killing our soldiers is still treason.
Galloway straight? Are you stupid or just naive? He banks offshore, owns a palatial villa in Portugal & large house in London. He's a bought & sold puppet for foreign interests.
Visit a dictatorship. You'll value the West's freedom more on getting home

Palfium66 3 years ago
he said to saddam "Sir I salute your..." and "i was hoping to meet with yourself"
so he was obviously referring to saddam himself
BorgHub 3 years ago
Why would anyone hate someone who exposes the lies of their own government?
He was saluting the collective your, and hoping to meet Saddam to try to stop sanctions and carnage...
You may not agree with his methods, but at least concede that the real traitors are the the leaders who supported Saddam in the wars he launched, and then sent their own soldiers to fight bogus wars..
TetrahedralPete 3 years ago
they didn't support saddam when he invaded kuwait and killed thousands of civilians with chemical weapons. they moved in to stop him. but galloway was against stoping saddam. he was against the first gulf war.
if galloway was listened to, saddam would still be in power, with kuwait annexed (after killing god knows how many people) and would still have chemical weapons.
after saddam would die of old age his crazy son uday, whom galloway also saluted, would be in power
BorgHub 3 years ago 3
galloway was even against removing the taliban from power.
BorgHub 3 years ago 4
@BorgHub Well they weren't removed from power. Nor was that the aim of the invasion of Afghanistan. They withdrew to the Afghan-Pakistan border, and the only aim of the invasion in Oct. 2001 was capture Bin Laden and co.
Redcarpet01 1 year ago
@Redcarpet01 that wasn't the only reason. Bush declared that he will not only go after the terrorists but also after the regimes that help them. therefore the Taliban was also a target
CIarKent 1 year ago
@CIarKent We're not talking about the 2002 State of Union speech, we're talking about October 2001. The official position was hand over OBL and others, that's it.
Redcarpet01 1 year ago
@Redcarpet01 the US first gave an ultimatum to the Taliban to hand over Bin Laden. they refused.
CIarKent 1 year ago
@CIarKent False. They refused without evidence implicating him in 9/11. So? That doesn't mean there was ever an aim to remove the Taliban from power, it never was. That is a fact.
Redcarpet01 1 year ago
@Redcarpet01 what do you mean no evidence? we know who the 19 hijackers were. and Bin Laden himself admitted that he did it.
the moment that it was clear the Taliban was protecting Al Qaeda the Taliban became a legitimate target
CIarKent 1 year ago
@CIarKent I said they refused without evidence, Bush asked for UBL but refused to provide the evidence US intelligence has. Which is fair, considering how one-sided extradition treaties the US insists on permit unilateral arrests by the US usually, but not obliged to hand over people even when presented with a warrant and or evidence. Bush refused to show it to them, they refuse, then Bush loses his temper like a spoilt brat and orders the invasion. Not justifiable in my view special ops grab is
Redcarpet01 1 year ago
@Redcarpet01 giving intelligence to the enemy is beyond stupid. but there are also plenty of public evidence that the Taliban were aware of, such as the identities of the hijackers.
Bin Laden himself admitted being behind it so that alone is enough. Al Qaeda is also guilty for countless other terrorist acts around the world not just against the US.
The Taliban was guilty for defending Al Qaeda. also the Taliban itself was an opressive regime with identical ideology as Al Qaeda
CIarKent 1 year ago
@CIarKent You're detracting from the point, which was that because Galloway opposed the invasion he was wrong, or in a minority. Show me a poll where most polled supported an invasion.
Redcarpet01 1 year ago
@Redcarpet01 the fact that Bush was re-elected proves that most of the public supported his decisions
CIarKent 1 year ago
@CIarKent First of all he was only elected once, in 2004, second you know whether they supported or opposed his decisions by looking at polls. Most Americans support Kyoto, universal healthcare, invading countries only after diplomatic options exhausted, increased taxes on the rich and major military spending cutbacks. Bush didn't have any public support on any major policy decision you can think of in his term of office.
Redcarpet01 1 year ago
@Redcarpet01 he was re-elected in 2004 after both wars. if the people opposed him they would not have re-elected them.
CIarKent 1 year ago
@CIarKent He was 'elected' only once, by a bare margin, in 2004, wasn't elected at all in 2000, and you can compare his policies to polls to see if they supported his decisions. They didn't support the invasion of Afghanistan after 9/11 and still don't now. So your premise is false.
Redcarpet01 1 year ago
@Redcarpet01 the fact is that he *was* elected in 2004 which means most of the public did support his policy otherwise they wouldn't vote for him. he was the one who started both wars in 2001 and 2003 and at least half of the people still voted for him.
you may disagree with his policies but you can't make up stuff which is contradicted by the facts. you can't say most people didn't support him when obviously they did.
and it's irrelevent anyway because the majority isn't always right
CIarKent 1 year ago
@CIarKent Again, you avoided the original claim, or insinuation; that because Galloway opposed the invasion of Afghanistan he is discredited somehow. Right, like just a special ops grab of Bin Laden isn't good enough? Sheesh, that's all that would have been necessary. We know Bil Clinton had 10 chances but backed off each time.
Redcarpet01 1 year ago
@Redcarpet01 no I have nothing against people who oppose war.
my problem with Galloway is that he's a hypocrite. he supported the Soviet invasion of Afganistan. he supported China's invasion of Tibet. recently he supported Russia's war in Georgia. he supports many wars. he only opposes wars waged by the West.
Galloway is anti-western and anti-american, and he supports anyone who is anti-western, whether it's Saddam Hussein, Ahmadinejad, Chavez or Kim Jon il
CIarKent 1 year ago
@CIarKent Where did he say he supported the Chinese invasion of Tibet? And Russia defended the two breakaway provinces of Georgia; the provinces repeatedly voted for independence. And he didn't support Saddam; he was arrested in the UK for demonstrating against him for heaven's sake, outside the Iraqi embassy in the 1980s. Nor has he expressed support for Iran or North Korea's regimes.
Redcarpet01 1 year ago
@Redcarpet01 Galloway supports the occupation of Tibet. he said that many times.
Russia went to war against Georgia for a similar reason that the US first went to war against Iraq when it attacked Kuwait.
yet Galloway opposed the US's war, but supported Russia's war.
Galloway admitted to being a personal friend of Tariq Aziz (Saddam's second in command) and others in the regime.
he does express support for the Iranian government, just look at this: watch?v=vGixXKpdpJU
CIarKent 1 year ago
@Redcarpet01 and Galloway never demonstrated against Saddam. he now says he did but there is no record of that what so ever.
Galloway was never arrested outside the Iraqi embassy.
the only time he was ever arrested in the UK was when he protested outside a nuclear reactor trying to block the entrance with a bunch of other anarchists.
funny that he opposed the UK's nuclear energy but he supports Iran's nuclear program.
the man is the biggest hypocrite in history.
CIarKent 1 year ago
@CIarKent He supports it still being part of the PRC, yes. But then so does the Dali Lama. And Russia didn't send its forces to breakaway provinces of Georgia for WMD or 'terrorism' reasons; it went for ethnic reasons, and possibly geo-political ones. And being friends with Tariq Aziz does not make you a 'supporter' of Baathism in Iraq.
Redcarpet01 1 year ago
@Redcarpet01 no the Dali Lama wants freedom to Tibet. Galloway says that Tibet never existed and always belonged to China. he said the exact same thing about Kuwait belonging to Iraq.
the first gulf war started when Saddam attacked Kuwait. the UN supported that war. but Galloway didn't.
the UN did not support Russia's war in georgia, but Galloway did.
Georgia didn't do anything remotely close to what Iraq did.
so why did Georgia deserve to be invaded, but not Iraq?
CIarKent 1 year ago
@CIarKent No, the D. Lama wants AUTONOMY. He doesn't support independence anymore. Like I said, the Russians didn't invade Georgia, they sent their forces to the breakaway provinces when the Georgian President decided to ignore the referendum results and order armed invasion, even though the Russians previously warned they would move to stop that. He even had to be pressured to accept the EU-brokered ceasefire, which is pathetic. And you're detracting again; your original claim was a false one
Redcarpet01 1 year ago
@Redcarpet01 what Russia did is similar to what the US did in the first gulf war.
I simply don't understand how the same person can support Russia's war but condemn the US.
what Saddam did was far, far worse than anything Georgia did.
Saddam deliberately targeted civilians, used his own civilians as human shields for his palaces, deliberately spilled oil into the gulf causing ecological disaster, deliberately ignited oil wells, and he and his sons personally murdered, raped, tortured people
CIarKent 1 year ago
He's hated not because he met Saddam Hussein, that is just the icing on the cake. The loathing comes from his speeches in Damascus where he praised the terrorists killing British & US troops in Iraq. Whether you support the war in Iraq or not, to praise the killers of your own country's troops makes you a traitor
He is also a shill for Hamas & Hezbollah's terrorism, & a supporter of dictators across the Middle East. Look deeper & you find a true scumbag
watch?v=FFni3hsQado&feature=channel_page
Palfium66 3 years ago 3
Your first paragraph is partly correct, but the second is not.
Galloway is for the rights of anyone to defend themselves against foreign invaders, just as your country would defend itself against invaders. But I agree it's incongruous to do this, but then talk about "our poor soldiers".
The ELECTED governments of Hamas and Hezbullah are not regarded as terrorists, only their militant branches. Israel are the terrorists.
Galloway has been, and still is, against dictators since the 1970's.
TetrahedralPete 3 years ago
I take Galloway as I find him; & for me that makes him an outright liar & conman.
Eg, he praises Hezbollah & Hamas, [& there is no distinction between any wing of either organisation], knowing full well that Nasrallah reguarly calls for the killing of Jews anywhere in the world, just as he knows that Hamas uses the most base anti-Semitic propaganda. Yet Galloway claims not to be anti-semitic.
For a man supposedly against dictators hes awfully close to a lot of them: Asad, Ahminejhad, Castro...
