The point is that on-line retailers need to pay taxes. To do this, we need a nation-wide law to make Amazon and the other big dogs collect and pay sales tax. If Amazon is really considering pulling their associate relationships, remember: they are the 1%. Screw them. Big monster Internet retailers are sucking revenue out of the state while mom and pop shops continue to collect and pay sales tax. The issue here is one of basic fairness, not of "more taxes" for Goddess' sake.

these internet sales taxes are a tax on the poor and middle class. This isnt a tax on amazons profits, this is taxing the products they sell that poor people benefit from the lower price.

I agree with you 100% and if this passes, I will be moving my business. Thank you for this video. Many of my family and friends have no idea why this bill upsets me, but this video explains it clearly.
