We are told to be selfless and others focused, to be self-sacrificing...sometimes that goes to far and we need someone to tell us it is okay to take care of ourselves. I almost ended up on the streets because I was so caught up in trying to "save the world". Hopefully I'll find a healthy balance of caring for others & caring for myself.

This was such a sweet video by Sarah Ban Breathnach. No wonder she appeals to so many women trying to find their own inner sweetness and joy.
