Whenever you feel like putting out the funds for the transmission i recommend Tim Barber from TRE Diesel in Virginia Beach, Virginia. I got a billet input, billet torque converter, and kevlar bands and clutches which is about the setup for you. It's held up great for an awesome price.
Has the trans been upgraded at all? Billet single disk TC and valvebody at least? If not and the trans is stock, that lock-up switch and a heavy right foot will break trans part FAST. Just saying.
Nice been waiting for this update for ALONG time check out my vids i also got a 4 inch exhaust gauges and the edge drag comp can you notice a difference with it on 5 just cruising around town? i cant really not until i hit like 4th gear and it gets in the bog then when you hammer on it you take off i guess id need a fass fuel system for lower speeds cause all it does it blow black.
you should paint that gray trim piece on the front bumper black..ive seen other guys do that it looks pretty nice i think

It was around $3000 or so out the door... Tim has had very many high hp cummins and really knows his stuff on these trucks.

Nope tranny still stock, I just keep my foot out of it and box on level 2.
