  • I just need the hood. Have any extra parts?

  • Beautiful car! Sounds great too!

  • How much does the Torino usually go for in this condition? Miles? Km?

  • Ford Australia copied this shape starting with the XA but particularly the XB

  • @Samsgarden

    Copied?

  • @Vaicurious

yep, that, and the Mach 1 nostrils.

  • @Samsgarden

    No, I wasn't being serious.

Ford Australia didn't "copy" anything, they're the same company. It's no different from a Monaro being a GTO, or an Opel GT being a Solstice.

  • nice car!

  • med block? I had this car in 1979...looks like mine did...its a 351C and that is it...

  • mustang, maverick, torino. all awesome

  • The offer was not high enough.. So.. We are keeping this beauty and will continue to enjoy this rare Bird that really flies !! Enjoy the ride..

  • OMG..keep this care..it is amazing

    .

  • Awesome !! Do you have any pics?

  • Nice car. I own a '71 Torino GT. it also came from Colorado.

it's also Grabber Yellow. Black Arrow interior.

mine is OPTIONED up though. Sport Slats, 4 speed, shaker hood,

    laser stripe and a 429.

Now it sits in the garage here in Montana.

  • cant wait to get mine finished this winter, got a 71' GT also vids comin soon

  • your welcome ronnie.. Enjoy the ride... These are rare cars indeed.. Pure American Iron !!!

  • Great Torino! The 351 Cleveland in your car has a 2-barrel? Did you change it over, or is that how that one came?

  • @Fantafare It came with the 2 barrel and is original. Makes plenty of power, and since it is a only a 2 barrel, it is pretty good on gas. Sometimes I feel that a 2 barrel makes as much power as a 4 barrel at this high altitude. Enjoy the ride........

  • Man, that thing's beautiful! One of the best looking cars Ford has ever built! I'd love to have one.

  • @tjhaywood100 Thanks.. She is a beauty for sure.. All origianl with new paint origianl garbber yellow. This is my sons car.. That is.. If he graduates well from High School, then he gets the title. If not.. Well.. The car goes up for sale and I keep all the money. The way it is looking now, he will get the title for sure. Again. Thanks for the compliment. I will tell him you like his car.

  • @grabir01

Awe! That's so sweet, my father is telling me the same thing. If all goes well, when the time is right, his 1971 Ford Torino GT will also be mine. It's not in the condition this one is in, however i like to think of it as a fixer-upper. I'm currently 19, I will most likely own his once I'm 20-21. Oh man, I can't wait! Thank's for the vid!

  • lol that dude ran away with ur car!

  • sweet car man...I have a 71 torino 500, with a 468 bigblock on 250hp shot of nitrous. these cars are becomming very rare and valuable....partially because back in the 70s-2000s they used toinos as parts cars for mustangs..I prefer the torino over the mustang [working mans car]..and loved them since I was a kid , well afterall they came from the fairlane!!!!!!!

  • Thanks.. And Yes.. These Torinos are very rare. Only made this style 2 years. Making them very rare. Mustangs you see a lot of. 70-71 Torinos, not so many. Very rare indeed. Thanks..

  • @grabir01 hey i have somthing rarer a 1970 1/2 ford falcon Gt

  • @RDNCKRAM Very cool RDNCK. I cam across a 1965 Ford Fairlane GT 390 the other day. I wish I owned it. I love the 390 Big Block.
