Chill out Sabianboy -- These guys sound great together -- I'm sure you wish it were you up there with GD on national TV but it's not. The piano obviously dominates, as it well should. Guitarist is "overplaying"-- hardly -- sounds great to me. What exactly does "tinty" mean anyway?

@musicfans35 Chill Out??? I didn't know I was so worried about it. I didn't say they didn't sound good together. You can tell by a persons strumming if they are over playing, his arm looks like a white woman at a boxed wine party-all over the place. If you ever watch Bruce Hornsby and his band, you will see how looking at the people you're playing with can make a huge difference in the performance. Im originally a drummer turned guitarist so I know what sloppy timing is. Tinty is too bright!

Gavin is the man, but your guitarist needs work. He is over playing and the guitar sounds like tinty garbage, but vocals are good

he's not over playing sabian, Billy's timing is just off. Could be the lack of a monitor for the piano.. chances are the piano isn't mic'd properly so billy can't hear it. Its simple and Billy has the wherewithall to pull back a bit when he's going too quick. Billy is actually a remarkable guitarist.. I've seen him live.
