It rev'd up and the clocks were showing 135 but the distance it was covering to reach the van wasn't fast enough to indicate it was actually at the speed displayed, when he got aligned with the van he did come off the throttle? but I was saying about the time it took to catch the van up..

You can use the white lines as a reference to his speed. Clearly most of the comments on here support my position. Very few commenters believe he was going that fast. @edgewood05 Watch it again he never hit sixth gear. The 600 GSXR is a bout a 155 MPH 600 they are all around 155 to 163 in stock trim. I have a 06 750 Two brothers pipe and a power commander. It hits the speed shutdown at 186 I have been clocked by friends with radar at 175 MPH.
@Totatu2 Yeah I agree, 203mph on a GSX-R 600.... I have a 99 GSX-R 600 and the best I could do was 275KM's which is 170mph. Dont know how the hell you got 203mph out of a 600 even if you spent a few grand on the engine.
@Soroz11 agreed, especialy considering the 1300 busas are limited to 189. Im thinking that guy had a 600 that did 203 mph then he woke up and cleaned himself up lol.
@edgewood05 getting 203mph out of a 98 gixer 600 is nothing short of a mirical concidering the 600 land speed record is 206mph and that bike is turbo charged has the all the leading technolgy put into it and cost a minimum of 25k + put into building it. i think your clocks were in kph mate lol
