PVD is why I started listening to Trance. His mixing ability is second to none! I was a fan of Tiesto...until he came out with Kaleidescope, and in my personal opinion the last CD that Tiesto made that was good all around was Just Be. Paul Van Dyk on the other hand comes out with good CD's all the time. In Between, Seven Ways, etc. they're all good and still listen to them to this day.

@spawn4004 tiesto has nothing on paul van dyk, paul van dyks first album is just insanely by far the ultimate set of trance anthems. there is just such a good balance of emotion packed into that album, and my world is one of his best tracks. plus, the 1994 mix of for an angel is by far the best as you can fully hear the rhythm. forbidden fruit is just a gem and a half

Ahh stop saying this is shit... It was still his early years in the music industry.. IMHO For an Angel (The first real version which appeared in 1994 in the 45 RPM album) doesn't sound as good as the 1998 version, but i just love that... He still done music because he liked... Now it's completely commercial... Doubt i'll ever hear a song like Forbidden Fruit, For An Angel or Nothing But You... Doubt any song made by him will come close to what he made back then.
