you go to this area with the lift (its before you enter the lab bits with the agents) and you go up the lift in this tower and there is a computer, you can log in as mchow or hack if you can

i know this is from 5 months ago but when walking into the facility you can see that giant hand statue, on the right of it is a keypad (12 is the code) go down the stairs and keep going until you find some ramps, go down and look at this circular type area, it's a lift. Take it and there's a computer in front of you, hack it or use the user name and pass (i always hack because it's faster)

Yeah of course you can rescue him. You are even supposed to do that because in Invisible War Paul is alive. All you have to do is leave the Ton hotel by the front doors instead of the window. The game will automatically assume you killed all the enemies, even if you didn't. And voila, Paul lives to meet you in Hong Kong. ^^

@Gamezpussy It's never been easy for me to rescue Paul, but I always try to kill everyone when I'm trying to save him. Then Gunther says "Paul is already dead" and I go "f****ing &%+"½, why does it have to be so freaking hard!". I'll try it your way next time and see if it works.

heh.. you can lock yourself in the secret closet and wait for Paul to kill everyone in the room. Then just run through the hotel lobby as fast as you can. You don't need to kill the UNATCO guys, you just need to leave through the front doors. It doesn't matter if there are still enemies left in the building.
