PTSD is recognised and treatable and after what service personel have been through, it is only natural that you will have problems adjusting. Please see someone ... and just think, your service colleagues/friends could be thinking the same but if you seek help, they will probably follow your lead.

Just asking for help is a big part in helping the problem to go away :)

Why do they always have to focus on breathing? There is no quicker way to make me breathe fast and shallow and feel like I'm suffocating than to tell me to take slow deep breaths and focus on my breathing. I hate that most relaxation videos start that way.
