  • I had a black lab who could do this - she made the rounds of the neighbors at the "cocktail hour", showing off and getting treats from everyone...

  • @denniiyys haha, yes it's a bit loud isn't it

  • @afromaiko but nice weimaraner :D

  • Wow, very impressive for such a young pup! My weims couldn't do that at that age.

  • hahaha.... want more? Lol :D

  • after she eats : what?what's up? lol

  • wow, I named my weim Mika also, hadn't seen your video yet though!

  • @atashinokoe Great choice!

  • 5 stars -We love weimaraners see super britney the super powered weimaraner on my channel

  • Wow, what a wide eyed expression!

  • oh and why didnt you dock the tail?

  • Docking is illegal where we live.. and they have so much more expression when they can wag their tails about!

  • @afromaiko I agree! Even though docking "doesn't" hurt puppies, I believe dogs deserve their tails. they were born with them. who are we to take that away?

  • im pretty sure mine couldnt do this, but any tips as to how you got yours to do this would be nice!

  • Just keep trying, if they drop the treat just take it away and repeat until they stay still.

  • My cavalier does that. Please watch:P all dogs look so cute when they are sitting there with a treat balancing on their nose:)

  • Excellent! She's a bit better at it now, and has learnt to not flick it into the air so much. However she's become really drooly if you make her wait for too long. I'll have to post an updated video sometime!

  • The look on its face after it eats the treat clearly says, "More treats?!"

  • For sure, she's a greedy little thing. But at least she eats all her vegetables!

  • That's good!

  • yours is smart mine doesnt do shit

  • wow, mine can't get past about 3 seconds before saying 'screw it' and eating the treat. i think he's trained us to give him free treats while we think we're training him to do this trick. they're too crafty.

  • If we leave it there too long sometimes she will slowly drop her nose until the treat falls off and then try to eat it.

  • what a good girl! we are trying to teach our 8 month old weim that trick... not going so well right now!

  • how cute i have one and she always sleeps on the sofa and snores loudly and loves to nibble u and give u and is fun to play with and the vid is soooooo cute!!

  • mine too =]

  • trying to teach my 14 week old pup atm. only just got sit and down trained so far. the stay part seems to be a lot harder lol

  • very cool, how did you manage that?

  • She already could sit & stay well. So we taught this trick by placing a treat on her nose but taking it away if she moved or if it slipped off. You may have to gently put your hand under their chin to hold it up. After a few seconds of staying still then hand over the treat. Later, once Mika got use to the balancing, we'd say her release word and she'd snap at it as it fell. If it falls on the ground grab it quickly and try again.
