I was so ashamed to be a Haitian when this Viceroy was in Haiti. What a shameful character. His legacy can be summed up in one word KIDNAPPING. This word did not exist in our lexicon before Tortue's shameful entrance in PortauPrince in 3/06.
May you die a horrible death Latortue for the the path of blood and suffering you left in Haiti.
