I sang for a number of years with my family group and we sang many times with Tim and Gold City all the way back to the very beginning in the 80's and as a fellow Bass singer I can say with no reservation that he is truly one of the best! He is also a fine christian Man and a precious friend to me and my family. I hope all of you enjoy hearing him sing as much as I do!!!
wonderful, thank you very much for your work, a tribute to the ministry of Tim Riley, a men in wich God put a lot of talent for His glory, and Tim used his Talant and glad lots of hearts. His voice is unique and so pleasant, a bass solist not just singer or growler. God Bless You and Tim and everyone !
I am sure that the usual battle of words will break out regarding JD Sumner, George Younce, Tim Duncan (Signature Sound), Richard Sterban, P.D.K.(Paul David Kennamer, Big Chief and a few others added in for good measure. For that I'm sad. Tim Riley is one of three bass singers that SG Bass singers are always compared against and over the years he has earned that distinction. I hope that everyone can just enjoy the incredable voice and work that Tim Riley proved to have for the last 4 decades.
@spiderchocolat3 I don't think I ever expressed an opinion asking for anyone to agree or disagree with me on. I get sad when I see people showing their backside and calling other people names because they happen to have a difference of opinion. To step back and see some of the ways people believe they have to express themself's to be heard is dishartening at best.
No problem, the important is you´re sharing this wonderful voice of Tim Riley. Thanks a lot.

Don't forget Jeffrey Chapmen of Kingdom Heirs, he has some good low notes and, as I can tell and have heard, has good control.

@bennyferguson
There's another at 5:07. That lowest one is an F1. Not as good as the one from 7:32 but still an F1 nonetheless.
