Main feature of Hi-Fi mode is 60fps instead o usual 30. You can't see this at Youtube.

cool, I've unlocked hi-fi once before! couldn't believe the game was running at 60fps! so far the only racing game that could run at 60fps on PS1!!

You can either:
- Win the GT World Cup to get it in Career.(You can use your garage cars on it.)
- Or beat arcade mode on hard. (You can't use your garage cars.)
