What a stupid comment collyboot. When someones life is a risk and they need to get to hospital quickly the air ambulance serivce is essential. The service that the GNAAS offers is free and one day it might be you needing air lifting to hospital. Do you think saving lives is "obviously unnecessary and pathetic"?!
