It could have been something simple like an insect flying in the cameraman's face while he was filming, causing him to lower the camera, shaking it, while trying to shoo the insect away (camera still on) it happens with evening video shoots, particularly when the weather is warm, and extra lighting is used. The light could have attracted the insect. Just a possibility.
