Im thinking of cosplaying as Rose Tyler next year! :D Ive got dark blonde hair so I have to dye it. What colour should I dye it and how should I get the roots affect.

@xoLunaTonksxo well, if you have dark blonde hair, you could just buy a hair dye that will lighten your hair. Try to stay away from bleach because that will dry it out. When you apply it, just don't try to get your roots as much. Or at least only put a small amount so it lightens it slightly, but not enough to make it really blonde.
