Dear Collin, I could have told you a long time ago that when your time comes to be at Heaven's pearly gates, there will be no doubt that you will be allowed in and yes, Haley will be waiting, will tell God "He's with me" and the Lord will just say "Of course he is". God only takes the best and take what comfort you can knowing that. I was 36 when I lost my dad and that was over 14 years ago. I still miss him terribly. I'll never understand why He sometimes takes our children first though. Kathy

Great Song!! I was told about this song from someone who also has a special Angel, her name is Karley. She has several things that cause her to be alot like Haley, almost Identical. Even tho I no longer get to see her, she stays with me in my heart and prayers. I feel lucky to have gotten to spend the time I got with her. I still keep faith God hears all our prayers for all children. I try to think that God gives us these truly blessed children to help US in our life. Think how lucky we are.

This was like it was written just for my sweet daughter, Emily. Emily died 4 years ago at age 27 from complications of Rett Syndrome. Her Dad and I only hope that she will stand next to us in heaven one day and say, "they're with me". Thank you for this gift in song, Collin.

His Facebook page reported today that Haley has died. :( I heard it today and cried, but I'm so glad she's never going to suffer again. God bless Haley, Collin, and the Raye family.

We have a grandson who has severe autism. I can fully understand the feelings Colin had when he wrote this song. Our grandson is truly a blessing to us...a special needs child is a challenge, but also a wonderful gift to a family. Of course we pray for his continued improvement, but thank God for him daily.

I was so touched by this song that I cried. I lost a son with a rare nuerological disease and 6 weeks later my daughter almost died from the same thing. She has been suffering from it for 15 years now but God has blessed me with her 6 years longer than the doctors gave her to live so far. Your Song Means more to me than any words can say. God bless you and your son. My Grand-daugther Lauran Kelsee was diagnosed at 6 months with cdm not unlike cp. She doesn't walk, talk, crawl, or sit up alone. She will be 10 in June and she is like a 4 to 6 month old. Having said that , this song hit me hard because she is my life! I was destined to be with her. Thank you for this song! I have a 9 yr old silent angel with Rett Syndrome named McKenna. She wasn't diagnosed until she was 5 yrs old. It is difficult to see our little girls regress without knowing why and feeling helpless because we can't stop it or help them. These silent little girls are such a blessing and we are blessed to be a part of their lives. Thank you for putting into words what is in our hearts.

This video has been posted in the RETT SYNDROME COMMUNITY all day long. Rett Syndrome is a regressive neurological condition that affects girls. Usually about 2 years old. If anyone knows him please suggest this. Not knowing is the hardest part and knowing gives you many more options. God Bless

I believe the condition Colin's granddaughter has is called Retts Syndrome. The baby is usually progressing as normal then one day all stops and the child will regress.

I have had the blessing to take care of a few young ladies with this and they are true silent angels!
