After watching it once, watch it again and divide it up as if you are simply fighting 3 different mini bosses. This will help you simplify the fight when explaining it to your raid. It's a lot all at once, but by themselves it's very easy and makes perfect sense.

There isn't really a good answer for that. It's like if say you were doing another boss which had adds that needed to be nuked, you may/may not need heroism/bloodlust, depends on the group. You should know when to use it, if say some dps dies perhaps, and you need an extra burst to dps a mob down. (just an example)

when you install bartender and things like unit frames it should automatically remove the default bars/unit frames...

As long as you turn install the addons correctly then they will turn off by themselfs... If you are not sure how to install them there are plenty of guides out there., as well as the program "curse client" check that out, it installs the mods for you.
