U dont want the bread 2 b 2 thick it takes away the flavor somewot from the souvlaki yet not 2 thin that it crumbles and falls apart when u eat it. This is why my personal taste is 4 pita bread instead of turkish bread which i find 2 big. But i like kebabs also and u normally get a choice of turkish bread or pita i choose pita even on kebabs.
