To be honest, I think it would have been more credible to hear a story from a patient that is not related to SAP and not involved in the development and design of this platform. I also miss a deeper insight in the solution. The story of collaborative care is nothing new, mobility neither - so it's hard to see were the value add is from this solution.

That is true, he is a SAP employee but also a patient and user of the system. This is a real case and real story.
