Nice drumming but I have one very important piece of constructive criticism for you which I think you should take on board.

It's the positioning of your right hand, if you watch your video, you'll see that your right hand is turned sideways. Try and play both hands with the palms facing your drum heads and the backs of your hands facing straight up. As you progress, you'll find that you have trouble with fast playing and rolls etc if you don't correct this habit now.
