We have our traditions that we do in certain situations (I Believe, Winning Team, You Suck, etc.) that we've done forever, and everyone knows already, but the rest is 100% spur-of-the-moment stuff that fits the situation. That's one of many things that makes the Spectrum special in comparison. It's not just the noise, it's the unrehearsed cohesiveness, cleverness, and spontaneity. You can't have that if you're practicing for FHE beforehand.
