Yes, at night, about 21:00. In the shallow water snorkeling. The Octopus was in water about 3 meters deep. It was totally dark so the light you see is from the little LED light on the camera.

I believe its a "common" octopus - Octopus vulgaris. After trying a couple of times to keep them in an aquarium I can tell you its not easy at all!!!
