  • You seem like you need some tough love, so here goes:

    QUIT BEING LAZY! You know what you're doing wrong, so fix it. Fasting is NOT good for you. it actually slows your metabolism down. Eat 5 small meals a day, make them healthy. Either go to the gym, or get a workout system for home and do it! Do weight lifting and cardio. Do it. No excuses, no laziness. You're a beautiful girl, and you deserve to be healthy. So do this for yourself. NO MORE LAZINESS.

  • Don't give up. You've done great so far. I think that sticking to one particular diet that works for you would be best rather than bouncing around. Fasting is definitely affective. I did the Martha's Vineyard Diet (aka 21lbs in 21days) all liquid juices and soups and it was great. I dropped so much weight I only have one pair of jeans that fit me now. Need new clothes. You have to do what works for you and stick to it religiously, also don't get caught up weighing yourself every other day.

  • Nope salt is a big no no on that diet. Salt causes you to retain water and thus impairs the weight loss you want. Avoid salt and protein shakes also dairy. Only drink natural sugar free juices and soups and lots and lots of water for 3 weeks. Two weeks is good as well. After the diet, consider regular exercise and a lean diet. It's a lifestyle change but I guarantee you'll feel great, lose weight and everyone will take notice.

  • We are floating in the same boat, I mean I get up faithfully @ 5:30 a.m. to go workout for an hour but my eating habits are horrible I eat mostly late at night I think that is the problem and then I just eat like one or two big meals of unhealthy mess. I know how to eat right and somewhat what to do but I'm just being lazy I really don't have the energy to do it well no i'm just being lazy, well hopefully we will both figure something out by the first of 2010 and be fit by the summer

  • My problem is that I don't know how too eat right. I wish I knew how too... I'm going in the medical field in I want to loose atleast 20 to 25 lbs b4 I start Pharmacy school in 2011.

  • hey girl, I have tried EVERY freaking diet on the planet..jenny craig, starving myself, liquid fasting, diet pills, adkins...bla bla bla...and the one thing that works the best...not the fastest but the best for me that is, is weight watchers...i feel like you arnt deprived of food and yea the pounds might not fly off but i feel like its kinda fast and if u felt great when u did it lasttime and you can stick to it, then you can do it!! and yea working out is evil, i have to just force myself...

  • @phatpanda00 there are many books on intuitive eating that are great. Def works and is working for me.

  • im so happy youre back!! its great that your keeping positive and that was a great comeback after the 16 lbs weight gain. but trips usually do that to us lol

  • Hey. It's good that you still have your hope up. I am going to try the shakes used by impatientdieter, I'm sure you have seen her on here; she got amazing results. And I'm lazy too, but I realise that I have to do some type of exercise so my boyfriend said I can work out with him. He's going to whoop my ass into shape cuz he don't play haha! I think it would help you if you got together with someone who works out on a regular & make sure they're strict with you! Good luck sweetie you can do it!

  • I was worried about you! i'm happy your back your the real reason why I started my diet and lost 25 pounds so far. I really hope you dont stop making videos. but keep up the good work and dont give up :)))
