I'm getting the 3DS version next month, and I sincerely hope it doesn't leave out the cool stuff like it did with Winter Games for DS. I was so looking forward to playing Festival Mode and spending money for new outfits in the Olympic City or whatever it was called, but instead I got missions in an adventure mode, never could I hold a tournament of normal events in the storyline. Tell me they didn't leave anything out of the Wii version for the 3DS version, tell me it's at least as good...

Football is a lot easier if you make all but one of your team mates "COMs" and keep the first one you selected as a player. Then, there isn't as much controls and it is a lot easier to play because you're notgetting all confused as to which player to swap to and when. I did it without using this tip and I found it very hard, but when I did use this tip it was much simpler. The only problem is, don't have Princess Peach on your team, she hogs the ball and never attempts to shoot.

I think that this was a major disappointment. Some of the games were hard, like football. All they had to do was copy super Mario strikers! It's not hard! That would have made it epic!

Anyway I was bitterly dissapointed with this game, it lacks the events from Beijing, the extra features of Vancouver. There's no circuit or festival mode and the dream events are nowhere near as good as the ones from previous games.

Anyway American football can barely be called a sport, you move 2 metres, stop for 2 minutes and start again. It takes 4 hours to play 1 hour worth of play.

I'm a HUGE Sonic and Mario fan, but I'm pretty disappointed by this game too. Like you two said, there ISN'T a campaign or some sort of mission mode or circuit tournament you have to complete. That already defeats the purpose of playing the game since there really is no goal to complete for the game. :(

And the events are hard, because they are rigged! The computer manages to win perfect rounds and the WII remote sucks in this game!

And many of the events are "bring backs" from the first game...

@wiiviewr I'd probably give this one a rent,borderline buy.It has a lot of content,but it still needs work.However I disagree about games being hard.I like games to be somewhat hard,but not absolutely insane,with the exception of the Contra series because those games are awesome :).I think most games,especially,Mario games need to have a balanced difficulty.Not too hard,but too easy either.Super Mario 3D Land is like that.I've gotten pretty far,but a couple levels I died like twenty times.

@jonksu222 I hate to say this,but while MW3 certainly isn't horrible,the hit detection still hasn't been fixed and it kinda sucks.It's at least not virtually unplayable like Black Ops or should I say "Whack Ops".MW3 is still about as hectic and crazy as MW2.It still has people spawning right fucking behind you.The gun balance has improved though.I'd use a gun with a fast rate of fire.Can't really use the SPAS 12 anymore.SPAS got nerf'd.So yeah just keep all that in mind.

I know for a fact that there's a circuit mode in the first game and possibly the winter games too(haven't played that one though) You try the different levels/circuits kind of like in Mario Kart (Mushroom, Fire Flower etc.).
