If you ever suffer from Alzheimers or have a loved one who does, there is hope. If you want to know more detail about Nita Scoggan's story you can got nitascoggan.comand hear her story, hope this helps:)
My heart goes to out to Rebecca and her amazing family. FYI 00Bintang I LOL at your "expert opinion" because you are obviously unaware of the many causes of demyelination - the neurological process of dementia. CJD - aka "mad cow disease" - is a very swift virus not a genetic condition and its not treatable - its usually fatal within 3-6 months and since Rebecca is still alive and there has never been a case of BSE or CJD in Australia I'd say you're more than wrong.
and you know this how 00Bintang? I'll go with the opinion of doctors who actually examined her. This is very sad to hear and see. I wish the family all the best
Rebecca Doig doesn't have Alzheimer's disease she has a form of Bovine spongiform encephalopathy AKA mad cow disease. BSE is often mistaken for alzheimer's disease and the sad thing is it's treatable if caught early.
@00Bintang For one thing, no, BSE isn't treatable. For another, she wouldn't have it, because she's not bovine. She'd have CreutzfeldtJakob disease --also untreatable. For another, you're not her doctor, so quit making shit up. What a terrible post on your part.
Heartbreaking.

Touching story of a young pregnant woman with Alzheimer's brings up some important lessons to be learned for all you ladies:
1. There IS such a thing as a genuinely good guy who will love you forever no matter what. So never give up the search.
2. You never know what will happen to you. So make sure you enjoy life now to the max while you are still young and able.
3. While you are enjoying life to the max now, use a condom...
