Thanks for your comment. I would scan it but it is still way in copyright here in the EU. Most music of this kind I find by searching charity and other second-hand shops, so maybe you can do the same where you live.

Thanks - I think this piece is definitely worth resurrecting, although I remember finding it difficult to learn when I first bought it.
