No, this is real, I did it with a dualshock 3, and I just finished testing it on flight simulator 2004 and x I'm not sure how to use it on other games but it works fine on emulators

I know this isn't the same but I bought a PS2 controller to PS3 converter (PS3 as in USB with the player selection control on the little box) made by bigben and it worked automatically in Vista (yes I know it sucks) NFS MW recognised it as a PS3 controller and it worked perfectly with my SNES emulator (zsnesw)
