  • I am a radio broadcast engineer... have seen similar sub stations for powering transmitter facilities.

  • This is not a transmitter, but could easily be a sub station / switching station which supplies a transmitter. 400VAC 3 phase is suitable to run a station like UVB76.. it would be stepped up / down inside the actual transmitter for the various components like filiment voltage, plate voltage, etc...

  • @Roadwolf612 i don't even know

  • The guy says 'its 400 Volts... i don;t f*cking know to where cable are going'. UVB should have vacuum tube exhaust of its amplifier... 400V is too low. I beleive it should be 2-3kV

  • @Laffkin are you talking about the real vid? i had no idea really. now that you make me think about it .4 Kv is definitely not enough for something like uvb

  • @lucadepu in the video the guy said 400V not 4000. This is why I think it not a fake its just somebody's video which somebody name УВБ-76. I don't think somebody can record such a video and upload it to youtube

  • @Laffkin even tho i think some material leaked out of uvb 76 and also the pics were showing some fucked up material, this trasformator cabinets don't look too welll kept

  • There is no proove that its UVB-76 on the video. It may be any other transmitter or even not a transmitter at all

  • @Laffkin this is actually my take on some other russian guy's vid who has been taken down. i believe that it is UVB because i tryed to translate parts of this and it made sense at the time
