Yes, I expect evidence and the writings of those that supposedly saw that evident. 30 years? Many holocaust survivors still remember what they experienced in the World War II more than 60 years ago. You didn't really read the Bible. From all of the authors of the New Testament, only Paul who didn't directly meet Jesus as a human while He was in the world. However, the Bible was not written only by using human memory, it's more than that. Thousands of writings from Josephus wouldn't make the Bible more valid. The rule: Luke 16:31.

Your comment about Paul is great because he wrote a good portion of the bible but never saw Jesus (except a flashing light or whatever according to the story). The gospels are contradictory by themselves as well.
