His back did face the rim first. The person who made this video used manipulation. Look closely when both of his feet are on the floor. He is clearly standing with his back facing the rim, although not COMPLETELY behind it like a reverse dunk, but it's still not a full 720.

But hell, i'm not hating. This is my favorite AUT dunk. He never spinned this much and he looks super-human in this dunk.
