You're a lovely girl and I appreciate the effort you go through to help, but it takes so long for you to get to the point I just can't stick with you, I'm sorry.
This video just made me feel so much better. Getting to the root of why the eating too place is GREAT! It just made me really think! Your AWESOME Natasha.. I really enjoy watching your videos and I share allot of them with my facebook family.... I listen to you allot while I fold my laundry watching my kids play LOL you help me get through my day with a great attitude.. Thanks again for just being you andf sharing yourself with all of us!
ha! i don't get guilty about when i eat what i know is tasty and unhealthy for me.. i'm so guilt free about it that it is a problem since my only noticeable symptom of from eatting like that is gas... at least the gas keeps the amount of times i do it a bit rare.. lol.. i'm still working on it. I think i need to start thinking i wanna be a 100% raw foodie again like i use to before i started thinking 90% since it's just not working for me. luckily i am a patient person. i will get there! =^-^=
You will get there and already you are doing soooooooo wonderfully!!! You are lucky because i know a lot of people that feel guilty about what they eat. In the long run, its not worth it-- we've got to enjoy everything!!!
I stay 100% raw cause I find it much easier- I don't have to worry about the cooked stuff, or anything I really eat!! :)
SO RIGHT ON!! I have been 100% raw for the month of August and got in a car accident today... I was already starving and way past hungry when it happened, so after it did, I went to InNout Burger and ordered french fries. I knew I just wanted to numb it out a little bit... And that's OKAY!!!! Now I'm back to eating my strawberries and melons just a few hours later... I already forgave myself, no point in feeling guilty.... Aren't we all just doing the best we can anyway??? THANKS SO MUCH!!!
Sometimes its a chain reaction, you tasted the "goods" and the next day you want more and more, on Saturday I ate meat after 18 days or raw food, and today in the last two hours I am thinking of bread . Do you prefer a blender because you don't lose the fiber?
I go for both the juices and the smoothie-- they are both great. Eating raw foods all day, I don't worry about the fiber. If you are eating meat though, I would suggest more fiber rich food (there is no fiber in meat).

Thanks for keeping it real Natatsha. With fears floating about my head of the "what if's I slip up" I definitely needed to hear this. Thank you.
