how do you know you can acces xbox live again? i think you can never only if you can download the new update somewhere becose this is a e3 version and its the oldest version so the real dashboard look different than this ! but you will find it out on the 19th:P

Yeah on the 19th if you try connect to live or when you sign in it should ask you for a system update

i advice people not to use this preview yet. You really can't do nothing except to install games to the hdd.

If you have Fallout 3 and it constantly crashes on you, you have a reason to download it.
