  • Long time ago I was having some drinks at John Stone's, a little too many drinks. ha ha I went to go to the bathroom and was heading downstairs when I felt a push. I fell down the first flight. No one had pushed me....yet I felt the push completely full force. My friends laughed it off and blamed it on the drink. Hmmmmmm....I really did feel a push.

  • I wss there the night a man's beer glass shattered and he wasn't touching it. One of the waittresses said sometimes when she pulls in the parking lot, the little girl is waving to her from a high up window. Things like that happen so often they are all used to it

  • heeeeeellllllooooooooooowwwwwww

  • i live there and when people give orders on the table it has the whole story she got hit by at train the girl is now evil now so its haunted and she wasn't licking a lolly pop she was just walking and got stuck in between those things so cars cant get hit by a train now she is really really evil!!!!! don't beleave him or her probrbly dont live in ashland like me so ima make a youtube vid the real way

  • i live in Ashland once i went in it it was awsome i live right near it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! it creeps me out!!!!!

  • This is all cute and all...But John is not there. I live in Maine now, but, was born and raised

in Ashland Ma. It's the girl. Go to the basement of the the Town Hall.

    Have fun there.

  • @Peaks33 yes, George is supposed to be the resident ghost there. They aren't to receptive to letting anyone near the basement without a good reason, and paranormal research. As far as Stone's goes, John would have had no reason to stick around. He was a leading founder for his church in town, and doubt highly he ever killed anybody.

  • Oooh! Watches YET agian! :):):):)

I had the sound right up whenh he shot the guy a i nearly screamed! :O:O:O :D

  • Its a good story.. But when Herve Beaudoin owned the hotel, way back when, he and his drinking buddies were trying to come up with ways to make the place more profitable. The story of the ghosts that haunt John Stones was born. John Stone didn't have a car back then and the little girl, if you read the town history, died of Smallpox. Same as the small Indian burial site that is behind the Middle School. Not for nothing, the lore is fun, but this is factually wrong.

  • Actually, the little girl, Mary J. Smith, is listed as killed by cars on June 11th, aged 10 years, 8 months, and 18 days.

I've researched the place in depth for the last year, and found out there are several factual/documented happenings that could be supported by the popular haunting hypotheses out there. Owner W.A. Scott attempted suicide in his bedroom in 1899, his son George was mentally ill and attacked a chamber maid in the late 1880s.

  • The strangest is a missing person's report from the year 1887. Henrietta Smith came to Ashland from Boston in September of that year. TO make this short, she wound up at the W.A. Scott and Sons Livery and Hotel with her infant son. W.A. Scott hired her, and after a month urged her to go to Boston to claim her belongings there. She left on Wednesday, October 12th, 1887, and that was the last anyone saw of her.

  • The child wound up going to an Almshouse in Ashland, and the investigator sent to question the Scotts left after only cursory questioning. I have an actual copy from the investigator of this case here, and many things just don't add up. If any story really supports the mainstream ideas of what causes a haunting, something in this missing persons case makes it alot more feasible than Stone being a killer (he was HUGE his church).

  • @CravingLucyVids actually, Mary Smith was "hit and killed by cars". Smallpox was listed to have killed several people in the late 1800s, but not Mary. I will concur that there was no proof that Mary convalesced there until she expired, but we did record an EVP which I have posted on my page where a girl responded to the name Mary. Our research there is ongoing.

  • no problem! keep up the good work! :)

  • I live on the same street as John Stones, and the little girl got hit by a train not a car

  • my bro's name is john stone

  • what is with the fifties car? Wouldn't John Stone have been in a carriage or on an horse? Hahah. But this is a great piece (even though Stone's is a fun place to hang out in reality). We had our wedding there and it was lovely!

  • Ha! Lawl, that is a good point actually. Sadly, the sims doesn't provide a horse and carriage, so we had to go with what we had. Glad you enjoyed your wedding there, thanks for watching!

  • Excellent video, watch out Mr Speilberg!

  • Great Video! Love the soundtrack.

  • John is a repulsive liar and an extremely crude man.

  • Yay! Lol, Dead Silence... I really like it, well done whoru, top marks.

  • We finally finished this video after three long days of perfecting it. It was based on our original John Stone movie which we made last year. We never uploaded it because it mysteriously vanished from the PC.
