This is pretty good. I would suggest some grain on the skull to set it into your film stock better (your stock is pretty flat but the skull has a lot more color/tone making it seem too set off). Great all around for sure.

nicely done ... but it needs some colorcorrection ... it looks like made with pc ... because the original face is with a slight blue and a little blurry .. while the terminator eye is with normal cc and without blurriness

Add a little bit of a lens flare to the eye. That would remove the weird looking-ness and end up looking great.

In that way you got a tracking problem. Track again and when solving check the "never convert too far" box. That's a well known tracking error - a reverse track.
