@asilaydying1984 Yeah, fnf isn't that huge to me, I just want something tough. That being said though, I'll definitely be looking into the umnum more. If I can have amazing fnf, that's great, but it isn't a total deal breaker for me. Lol I may sell off alot o my collection just to get them both now, that's definitely an option to me.

Nice knife and video man. That is what I hear about Reeves knived, sweet action. I have yet to try one and hope to sometime. Nobody near me carry any of his line. Have an exceptional week.

That's a bummer..I live on the coast of va and it's only about 10.5 hours for me. Theres so much to see its almost overwhelming but such a blast

Usually prototypes are a little rough, I was surprised at how smooth it was. And for a little folder, it had a pretty thick blade stock.

You should def plan on being at Blade this year..I had such a blast last year talking to all the knifemakers and trying out a ton of custom knives

i had problems closing it at first too. got the hang if it now though. the spring of the lockbar is so strong on the umnum. and you have to watch where your fingers are on the lockside more than normal. feels like it will last generations

I feel ya on the large, I don't think I'll ever buy another knife with less than 3.5 inch blade length..besides the spyderco techno

Love the Umnum. I went with the Large Sebenza first, becuase I liked the thumstuds better on the Sebbie, but I will still get an Umnum one of these days. Congrats on the knife!

The only thing that I can give a hit on the knife would have to be the thumb studs..I've found that pushing up instead of out makes opening easier. Other than that, it's pretty damn near perfect.

Although I wish the blade could be a little thicker..? and that CRK offered Damascus re-blades..I'm thinking after i dull the edge, I might send it in for s35vn

I have never owned a Umnum before but i have owned both the small; and Large sebenza and i agree with you. Unless you have owned one it is hard to explain why we justify spending that much on a knife. It is not a understanding that can be had by simple getting you or i to release our grip on the blade to let someone else examining to fully understand. Bro thank you for the effort and good bite on the trigger finger >)
