It's his mission to make people understand what they've got through a bit of a harsh wake up call. But sometimes that's what people need, a wake up call

Jigsaw actually isn't torturing people for kicks. He puts them in Such an extreme state to teach them a lesson of survival. These people that he captures all take what they've got for granted and squander it away, usually in illegal or immoral ways. All of his traps can be freed and all his games won, so long as you have the strength and will to survive. The human body us an amazing thing, putting up with all that we do to it, and yet it's so resilient... It's quite amazing. B
