this isnt really mismanaging anger...this is:

1. sucking at history and physical exam

2. not explaining anything initially which puts you off on a terrible foot

3. having zero confidence and saying "ehh" a million times

But, really, what's so wrong in writing a prescription for low grade antibiotics and some codeine? Just because a patient doesn't go to 'med' school doesn't mean that they're clueless to what will help them.

Writing a note is an extra charge?? Here in the US it's free. No one gets charged. It's just a piece of paper.
