If you ever need to bring it to apple, they will void your warrenty,so restore it before you bring it to apple.

It probably crashes ecause you have an updated device.

Make sure your firmware is below 2.0.0

@riokachhuu It let's you set a picture behind your apps, let's u change the slide to unlock color and text, let's u have a 'theme', can have a folder inside another folder, lets u unlock it like a droid, can change the sound it makes when it unlocks, can change the unlock slider, can change the app symbols, let's u have more than 4 apps on the dock/homescreen, lets u get paid apps for free, etc.

It's a very useful thing to do to your iPod! :)
