No matter how physical the other teams were MJ always prevailed. That's what makes him great. No matter who or what the challenge is MJ takes it on & wins.
They wrote a book about how to try and stop Jordan, who else in the history of the NBA has had a book written about him. Funny thing is, even with the book and all of the strategies it contains, they still couldnt stop him. I love it.
greg anthony's punk ass tried desparately throughout his mediocre career to get Mike to react to his biatch ass, but His Royal Airness didn't let himself fall for the okey-doke...
seriously. can you NOT put the score in the comments? I've been looking forward to rewatching this for a long time, and did not need to be told who won this game (and yes of course I remember who won the series but not each game) please. why would you do that? can't you let people watch the vid without spoiling it?

it always amazes me how mj as a guard was so deadly in the post his dunking ability in the post is so uncharacteristic for a guard a center maybe not so much but for a guard to finish in the post with a dunk smh wow!!!
I miss this kind of gameplay. Players used to take mean fouls and walk them off. It was a visceral, physical game. Now players flop if it even LOOKS like they're gonna get fouled.
rewatch mr. riley at 7:45. he kept the same pivot foot (his right) and just made a good move. it looked like the knicks bench got up real fast to scream something against mj (like walk), but once he made the move they were speakless/dumbfounded for a split second. then they started screaming walk.
I finally knew what happend Ewing took a shot at Jordan while they were going for a lose ball and Jordan tap him and then they started talking to each other
at 8:21 Phil tells BJ to run their 4 pass option play and Michael pretty much says "F" the 4 pass imma win this game right now. Only the greatest can cancel out the play of a coach and nothing will happen to him
As great of a player Jordan was he was also a great " Trashtalker " as well. At 3:50 i can only imagine what he was saying to Ewing. Im sure it was something about his play and maybe even something personal. When MJ smelled blood he went for it, like a wild animal. His teammates would say MJ would talk their ears off in practice to push them to new heights. If Jordan was able to get to you mentally you were already defeated before the game even started.
I just wanted to take a second and thank everyone for watching my videos... I often see the same names on here, and I appreciate all of you who take the time to watch all of these videos I put up.. I don't get a lot of views, so those who do watch and have subscribed, thanks a bunch.
To be honest, I really don't. I'd have to go back to the game and see if they mention it again anywhere. My guess is that the series was just getting so physical, emotions were running high and they were both just letting the other know who's boss.
And of course, we all know who the boss is... Ewing found that out year after year
look at the intensity and physicality in this game,i've seen more bodies on the floor and cheap shots in a 10 min video than i seen all year from this previous season, and check out MJ eplosive first step and the move around Ewing @ 4:45
Jordan and Ewing are better friends than Pippen and Jordan...and they were getting ready to go to blows with each other, you have to love the old days
fuk greg anthony! always trying those cheap shot fouls on jordan. jordan always was strong enough to take his fouls and grill him afterwards (game 2 93 playoffs)
black cat was constantly driving to the hole in this game! unstoppable!
All he did was start to take a step and then dribbled once. After that he threw the ball. Double dribble is either when you stop your dribble and start it again or if you dribble with both hands or a closed fist.
This was the only game in the 7game series that I didn't get to watch back in 92. Thanks for the upload. MJ is the man! look at how he took the "jordan stopper" wilkins to school at 8:33.
When fouls were really fouls!

That kind of contact at 6:50 and no foul call, in the nba today that would be two shots, the ball, therapy sessions, and a lawsuit.
