He also didn't fully acquire his target before firing. Hip-shots really only work within 3 yards. Oregon DPSST has strict range requirements, so this probably wasn't in Oregon.

The officer drew his backup weapon fired 7times hitting the bad guy 5 times killing him. The dog later had to be put down because of a fractured skull. All in all this narration is completely wrong.

most police i know a crooked i believe that us citizens have the right to observe and record all of what the police say and do so that it can be used as evidence in court. they think they hold the power but the people hold the power stand up and defend yourself accordingly to the law it is up to the citizens to police the police.

Amen to that brother however, even proof, in court, against cops is useless. We watch them stand in front of dash cams, kill black immigrants, beat old ladies and throw people around like dolls because these guys got treated badly in school and now have to make everyone else pay for their short tempers. What really happened was that the bad guy upholstered the officers gun, hit the officer in the head with the officer's gun jamming it and then hit the dog with it and tried to shoot the officer, when he noticed the gun was jammed he ran. The officer drew his backup weapon fired 7times hitting the bad guy 5 times killing him. The dog later had to be put down because of a fractured skull. All in all this narration is completely wrong.

The incident in question happened to an AL sheriff's deputy. The K-9 attempted to subdue the suspect (poss. of crack). During the tussle, the suspect took the officer's weapon, and when he struck the K-9, caused the slide of the weapon to retract slightly, then close again on the partially-ejected round - hence the jam. The back-up gun was a revolver, discharging all 5 rounds. The suspect was killed.
