You know I've never really got it when girls with a slight bump at the back of their hijabs were criticized for having a 'camels hump' but the first thing I thought when I watched this tutorial was NOW THAT IS A HUMP!
This is beautiful, gorgeous..stunning, really fashionista like, trendy and so on. I honestly think it looks good. But this is not hijab, sorry it just isn't. There is nothing modest about this. Since when is hijab focused on the external appearances..I mean..hijab is e.g. refraining from the idealities that men and women have created, right?
i feel a lot of pity and shame for all those poor girls forced to use this fabric in the head, my prayers are with this islam slaves, i hope they can free your mind and your hair also.

I wonder do people acutally read the Qur'an or hadiths. For anyone who says Hijab is a choice, it is not it is am obligation on every women its part of our dress code. As the scholars say only the ignorant and ones who are not fully educated on Quran and Sunnah say its a choice. The hadith say to to cover and so does the Quran. Among the Ulamah there is no debate whether the hijab is a choice, but there is a debates over niqab.

Everybody's saying something about her hijab and how wrong it is. But what's really mind boggling to me is all that makeup she's wearing! I thought muslim women weren't suppose to wear all that makeup?! Doesn't that defeat the purpose of not getting attention from MEN?! Who are these women trying to impress?! That eye makeup is very alluring and can stop a man in his tracks, and I'm a woman saying this! I don't get it.
I am a muslim girl as well, and I totally understand how this can send you the wrong message. I just wanted to clarify that when people are saying 'This is not Hijab', they are also talking about the abundance of makeup and extra 'dazzle' that is not supposed to be on the girl. The term hijab also refers to the overall appearance of the woman and if anything is being used to impress a man. Just thought I'd clear that up.

From my understanding, the whole point of hijab was to keep men from molesting and lusting after you? I have friends who are muslim and they would strongly disagree with even wearing a "little" makeup. Not wearing makeup actually makes sense considering you're not suppose to try to get that type of attention from men. Maybe you know something I don't?

@EmYoussif Well thanks. I pretty much just used logic in my responses on here. I asked a muslim woman before what was the purpose of wearing her hijab and she politely explained it to me. Based on what she told me as well as others, it's only logical for one to assume makeup was not allowed as well. Wearing makeup just seems to contradict the point of hijab. I know when I wear makeup it's because I like to enhance my natural beauty and look pretty.
Lol...I'm also aware that in me doing that, men are going to like it as well. It's just common sense that's all it is just common sense lol. However, common sense is not very common anymore these days.

Everybody's saying something about her hijab and how wrong it is. But what's really mind boggling to me is all that makeup she's wearing! I thought muslim women weren't suppose to wear all that makeup?! Doesn't that defeat the purpose of not getting attention from MEN?! Who are these women trying to impress?! That eye makeup is very alluring and can stop a man in his tracks, and I'm a woman saying this! I don't get it.

I am a muslim girl as well, and I totally understand how this can send you the wrong message. I just wanted to clarify that when people are saying 'This is not Hijab', they are also talking about the abundance of makeup and extra 'dazzle' that is not supposed to be on the girl. The term hijab also refers to the overall appearance of the woman and if anything is being used to impress a man. Just thought I'd clear that up.

From my understanding, the whole point of hijab was to keep men from molesting and lusting after you? I have friends who are muslim and they would strongly disagree with even wearing a "little" makeup. Not wearing makeup actually makes sense considering you're not suppose to try to get that type of attention from men. Maybe you know something I don't?

@EmYoussif Well thanks. I pretty much just used logic in my responses on here. I asked a muslim woman before what was the purpose of wearing her hijab and she politely explained it to me. Based on what she told me as well as others, it's only logical for one to assume makeup was not allowed as well. Wearing makeup just seems to contradict the point of hijab. I know when I wear makeup it's because I like to enhance my natural beauty and look pretty.
