actually they only violates the copyright when the melody of the song is the same as the other song by other singers. here, they just use the beat, the melodies of their songs are different if you carefully listen to it. like a lot of the rap songs have the same beat or opening music. and hey Big Bang did use the beat of the song "This love" by Maroon 5 but the original melody of the song itself is different see? But i think they should just make their own beats, that's better, this is too much.

I know a lot of singers who don't have good enough looks to be signed with big record companies and THEY MAKE NOTHING out of their singing career but they still sing. Of course you have to pay to for something someone else has laboured for. Distributing a song would cost a record company millions from hiring the singer to promoting it and stuff. Now someone comes out of nowhere and distribute it to get money- of course they would sue to get back the money that belongs to THEM.
