  • Clocks, Will. Clocks! lol

  • It is sad that Will Koch passed away, I don't think I've ever seen him

  • Its SAD that he Passed Away Sometime In 2010... I am Sure that his Family Was Very Proud! Of him RIP MR WILL

  • I've just one beef with splashin safari. First off, it's been three years since i've been. But the last few times i've visited splashin safari, they always packed people together in the locker area like a can of sardines. It was near to impossible to get get close to your locker to change out or vise versa! Then i look around, and there's a ton of other lockers several yards away that wasn't even being used. How hard is it to spread folks out!? C'mon guys!

  • Owensboro Holiday world fan here!

  • love holiday but i agree with more roller coasters

but i noticed none go upside down?

    holiday world could be amazinger

    even though it already rocks

  • I live in Cincinnati, my first year at Holiday World was in '04, I was very impressed, the park image, and it being very clean, along with a updated and bright colorful water park. I was there last Sunday, and had a blast. Kings Island may have more rides and coasters but, Holiday World is just better!!!

(Kings Island charges 10 dollars for parking, there lot is fulled with big pot holes and faded lines, were is this money going to??)

  • i used to live in princeton indiana and I now live in ohio. I have been to kings island 4 or 5 times now. I think the wooden coasters at holiday world are better. I love the atmosphere and the ability to afford everything there. because at kings island is really expensive and dont have free drinks.

  • yeah, they don't lie. it is very family friendly there. they always offer REALLY good things there. have you heard about the plans for '09? Every time i have been here either Pat or Will was standing outside greeting us. then again, if i owned holiday world i think i'd be a little bit happy.

  • I am a southern Indiana resident. And i just got my season passes like i do every year. But I recently had the chance to go to Kings Island in Cincy, and I had a blast on all of their coasters (especially Top Gun) and then i found myself thinking "Why doesen't Holiday World have any steel coasters?" I think it'd be great if they had some steel, indoor, or mabye even an inverted coaster! A few of those would put Holiday World on the map!

  • we are going there this summer do u hav an recamendations?

10 year old kid that loves thrill rides

13 year old kid that dosent like them as much as his brother but still likes them

    and me and my husband

  • THE VOYAGE DUDE!!!

  • Thanks for your comments. We keep careful watch of where the lines are in our parks, and Monsoon Lagoon was always packed. We hope Kima Bay, with its 7 water slides, will provide needed capacity in Splashin' Safari.

Meanwhile, I've passed along your feedback -- thanks! Paula Werne, Holiday World PR

  • yeah, he's right Holiday World needs another Coaster or huge water slide!!! I have to ride The Voyage 50 times because it's the only one worth riding with NO line, meaning H-World needs another coaster!

  • Good video. The Koch family and Holiday World is top notch. I was there last during the American Coaster Enthusiasts convention in June, 2007. The owners and staff were top notch with three top notch woodies. Keep up the good work.

  • I have pictures with her from July. Going again next year. T he best park I have ever been to.

  • This place sounds like one of the happiest and best parks in the world. Would love to go there!

  • The carousel is just what the park needed! I can't wait to get back to the park and Vouage soon!

  • Wil you and your family has an awesome operation down there and me and the family always has alot of fun down there! Great to see the new attractions coming are always top notch and geared to families man. Amen!

  • You folks are toooo much! Great announcement from a great park! I'll see you next summer, again. Been coming since 1970!

  • Pat, Will, and the whole Koch family, Congratulations! What a fun way to announce your new additions for 2008. These sound like wonderful additions to the parks. I can't wait to ride the carousel.

    Cindy Sermersheim

  • Way to go Holiday World! Creative and awsome way to announce the new additions! SEeing the flowing conversation really adds character and personality to the park

  • I think Holiday World needs a dive coaster.

  • WOW what a really Creative fun way to announce new stuff for 08'

    Good Job.

  • Great ideas! I can't wait to ride more rides with my children. Thanks!

  • ^That sounds like a cool idea! I can't wait to take my little sister on the carousel though! She'll love it.

  • What took those guys so long for the carousel, anyway? I remember being in a bit of a shock visiting such a well run family park without such a standard. How about adding a New Years section to the park now with a steel coaster called Time Machine and a ferris wheel that resembles a big clock?

  • That would be great! although I think it will take them a long time to do that considering they just added the Thanksgiving section.
